At Verve, every order is packed with care and attention to detail, so your purchase arrives looking just as beautiful as it did in our boutique. We work hard to make sure your shopping experience is smooth from checkout to delivery.
Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed before 2 PM EST on a business day begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 2 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Domestic & International Shipping Options and Rates
All U.S. orders ship via UPS with three delivery options. Saturday delivery isn’t available. Any shipping discounts are automatically applied at checkout.
For international orders, we offer standard shipping rates. Please note that Verve is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees charged by the destination country.
