RETURNS & REFUNDS

Online Returns:

ShopVERVE.com accepts returns on all U.S. orders except those which are on sale or in the VERVE VAULT. All sale items are sold FINAL SALE and are ineligible to return.

For online purchases only, eligible items may be returned for a refund to the original payment method if items are received back to VERVE within 10 days of customer's delivery.

Merchandise received damaged must be reported to info@shopverve.com within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for review.

A $14.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total.

Return eligibility is determined by our operations team. VERVE reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet policy requirements. We cannot be responsible for normal wear and tear or variations that occur due to the nature of certain fabrics and materials. Declined returns will be shipped back to the customer.

In-Store Returns:

We accept unworn merchandise with tags attached for a store credit or exchange within seven (7) days.  All sale items are FINAL SALE and not returnable.

All Returns:

All swimwear, intimates, and sale merchandise are non-returnable and ineligible for exchange or price adjustment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. 

To ensure a fair experience for all clients, VERVE may limit or refuse returns if an excessive or irregular return pattern is identified.


Domestic Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please email info@shopverve.com for assistance. 


International Return Procedure

For international orders, please email info@shopverve.com for return instructions. International returns are not eligible for in-store drop-off. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.


Refund Processing (Online Orders Only)

Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment in the same currency used for the purchase.

  • Refunds are processed to the purchaser’s account only.

  • Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded via a new gift card.

  • Processing time may vary by payment provider.

  • If a promotional code or voucher was used, the refund reflects the amount paid after the discount. Partial returns will adjust proportionally.


Product Availability

Our collections are hand-selected from leading designers around the world. Each item is 100% authentic and purchased in small quantiles. Because our online store mirrors our physical inventory, products may sell simultaneously online and in-store. In rare cases where an item sells out before fulfillment, we will contact you promptly with alternate options or offer a full refund.
