We ship Monday through Friday, except on US Postal Holidays.We will gladly ship orders through this website within the United States and Canada. For stamp orders outside the US or Canada, please see below.
If your total before shipping (after any applicable discounts) is over $50, shipping to the US & Canada is on us! Just select Free Shipping Over $50 as your shipping method when you check out. Free shipping orders to US addresses will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Free shipping orders to Canadian addresses will be shipped USPS First Class Mail.

purchase. Due to increased security at customs, First Class mail
to Canada usually takes between 2 - 3 weeks. We ship from the west coast, so orders to eastern provinces take the longest to arrive.
We will ship Verve Visual photopolymer stamps internationally, but no other products. All orders outside the US or Canada are shipped in a Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope (12.5" x 9.5"). Shipping fees are $13.00. Delivery times vary greatly by country. If your order does not fit in the flat rate envelope, we will inform you of any additional shipping charges prior to invoicing you.
To order, please email us at orders@vervevisual.com with your name, shipping address, phone number, email address for PayPal invoice and the names of the stamp sets you would like to order. We will then email an order invoice with your total, which you can pay online with either PayPal or a major credit card. All international packages will be marked as COMMERCIAL merchandise. You are responsible for any applicable duty or brokerage fees that may be related to the delivery of your purchase.
We want your shopping experience to be enjoyable. In the event that something goes wrong with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@vervevisual.com and we'll try to make it right. Refunds are available for 30 days from purchase date as long as the item is returned in its original condition (stamp returns must be uncut). Once the item is returned, we will process a refund for the purchase price of your items. We do not refund shipping charges related to you purchase.
