We manufacture our own line of high quality clear stamps designed and illustrated by Verve founder, Julee Tilman. Julee's designs feature timeless elegance, meaningful sentiments and a hint of modern whimsy. Verve stamps are available exclusively through this website, and cannot be found in any retail stores.



Verve stamps are made of high quality clear photopolymer right here in the USA. They are made of a naturally sticky substance that allows them to cling to acrylic blocks, which you can find at many local and online craft stores. Your stamps will arrive in a cellophane bag sandwiched between two sheets of clear acetate. For all of our sets, with the exception of our Plain Jane Collection stamps and Limited Edition stamps, one sheet of acetate will be printed with an index of the stamps in the set.

Shipping Policy

We do all of our shipping through the US Postal Service. Our shipping center is open Monday through Friday, except on US Postal Holidays. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of when they are placed.

If your total before shipping (after any applicable discounts) is over $50, shipping to the US & Canada is on us! Rates are automatically applied in the shopping cart based on your order total. Free shipping orders to Canadian addresses will be shipped USPS First Class Mail.

All Canadian packages will be marked as COMMERCIAL merchandise at the value you paid for the items and shipped via USPS first class international mail. You are responsible for any applicable duty or taxes that may be related to the delivery of your purchase. Delivery times to Canada vary greatly by province. Packages typically arrive within 1 - 4 weeks, depending on customs and how rural your area is. {Please Note: Order tracking is not available for first class packages to Canada.}

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We ship internationally! All international packages will be marked as COMMERCIAL merchandise at the value you paid for the items and shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate International mail. All international orders are shipped in an International Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope (12.5" x 9.5"). The envelope will hold approximately 10 - 12 sets comfortably. Shipping fees are $13.00. Delivery times vary greatly by country, but typically fall within the 2-5 week range. If your order does not fit in the flat rate envelope, we will inform you of any additional shipping charges prior to shipping and/or invoicing your order. {Please Note: Order tracking is not available for International Flat Rate packages.}

          Return Policy

          In the event that something goes wrong with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at customerservice@vervestamps.com so we can try to make it right!

          If you'd like to return an item, refunds are available for 30 days from purchase date as long as the item is returned in its original condition. Once the item is returned, we will process a refund for the purchase price of your items. We do not refund shipping charges related to your purchase.

          Cancellation Policy:

          We cannot accept cancellations or additions to your order after it has been placed. Your payment method is charged as soon as your order is placed. Please review your order for accuracy before completing the checkout process.

          Website Typo Policy

          We try to be as accurate as possible, but sometimes in the rush to get a release ready, an error in the description of our sets will occur. Verve Stamps is not responsible for typos or errors in the text description of each set. The graphic provided of each set represents the exact artwork that you will receive, and all stamps included in the set are represented in this graphic.
