About Our Stamps
Verve stamps are high quality clear stamps manufactured in the USA. They are made of a naturally sticky substance that allows them to cling to acrylic blocks which you can find at many local and online craft stores. Your stamps will arrive in a cellophane bag sandwiched between two sheets of clear acetate. For all of our sets, with the exception of our Plain Jane Collection stamps and Limited Edition stamps, one sheet of acetate will be printed with an index of the stamps in the set.
How do I care for my Verve stamps?
How do I use clear stamps?
Gently peel your stamp away from the acetate storage sheet and place on an acrylic block. Apply ink and stamp. The clear design allows you to see exactly where you're stamping for perfect placement every time. When you're finished, simply clean your stamps with a stamp cleaner, wipe dry, and store. Certain types of ink may cause discoloration, but this will not affect stamp performance.

Can I call and place my order over the telephone?
No. We are not set up to take payments over the phone, by fax or by mail. All orders must go through our online shopping cart.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal (no e-checks). We DO NOT accept checks or money orders.
What are your shipping fees?
We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service. US & Canadian orders under $35 ship for $5. Orders over $35 get $2.50 shipping rates and orders over $50 get free shipping. $3 first class mail is also available within the US. International shipping rates are $15 USD.
Do you wholesale your stamps?
We do have a partnership with a local retailer who carries our stamps, but we have not opened up wholesaling to the public. To be added to the list of companies wishing to be contacted if we do decide to open up wholesale distribution, please email your contact information to info@vervestamps.com.
Do you collect sales tax?
We collect 6% Idaho Sales Tax for all orders shipped to an address in the state of Idaho. We do not collect sales tax for any other state or country.
For international orders, taxes may be due at time of delivery. These taxes are assessed and collected by your governmental agencies during the customs process.
Will you mark my customs declaration as a gift with low value?
No. We abide by all tax laws. Your order is classified as commercial because you purchased it from us, which is a commercial transaction. You are responsible for any duty, taxes or other fees associated with the import of your purchase.
Is Verve an Angel company?
Verve Stamps is proud to be an angel company. Our stamps are copyrighted and subject to the following Angel Policy. We think you should be able to use our stamps for whatever creative endeavor strikes your fancy. We grant permission to make and sell creations made with our stamps as long as they meet the following criteria:
- Items must be hand-stamped by the seller. (No mechanical or computerized reproduction in any form is allowed.)
- When possible, credit to Verve should be given on the back of the item or on a tag accompanying the item.
How do I apply for the Verve Design Team?
Positions on our design team are by invitation only. Designers are hand-selected from the talented people that cross our virtual paths. To get noticed, we suggest participating in our monthly Project Parade contests on the Verve Blog, as well as the weekly Mojo Monday sketch challenge on the Mojo Monday Blog.
